Previously, she served as CFO of PCF Bank, playing a central role in stabilising the organisation through significant accounting remediation and leading the bank’s solvent wind-down in close engagement with regulators. Earlier in her career Caroline held senior finance leadership roles at WhiteOak UK, Arrow Global, the Co-operative Bank and Deutsche Bank, building extensive experience in financial reporting, transformation and governance.
